This single origin, shade grown, organic instant coffee originates from the mineral rich soils of the volcanic highlands of Papua New Guinea. Careful attention to sustainability practices, optimal ripeness at harvest, natural fermentation, and a slow roasting process, help develop the complex aroma and delicate flavor of this product. This coffee is produced with wellbeing in mind from bean to cup. It was the first organic instant coffee on the market, is always fairly traded, and has lower acidity due to the slow roasting process.
The convenience of instant coffee is great for travelers, camping, for baking, in blends, etc...or anyone on the go without compromising taste. A 100g (3.53oz) bag yields about 60 cups of coffee.
