they are delicious!!
they are delicious!!
A powerhouse of nutrients and very addictive!
Of all of the items I purchased from OM, these are definitely my favorite! They're the perfect snack food, chock full of protein (9 grams per 3 oz. serving), contain huge amounts of iron, calcium, Vitamin A, C, E and K, Folate, thiamine, Pyridoxine, Niacin and fiber. They're also a great source of resveritrol, which repairs the heart, can prevent cancer and gives you more vitality. If that's not enough.. they improve blood circulation, reducing the risk of blood clots and stroke, enrich the blood and calm the nerves, and promote the metabolism of alcohol so you can enjoy that few glasses of wine! There isn't a more life sustaining superfood out there that tastes this good, so I stock up frequently. You won't find a better tasting source than OM for these anywhere else, at a price that is amazing too!
Perfect with my cultured cream
It is first time I bought them, so I wanted to try only small quantity. Mulberries arrived quickly along with other goodies. They were well packed, nice, little crunchy, naturally sweet. I am going now to order 5 lb bag. I do my own cultured cream (real whipping cream fermented with some yogurt for 24 hours to eliminate lactose), and mulberries cream addition is perfect in the winter when there is no fruit available from my garden.
