We use millet to make cooked cereal and waffles. The cooked whole grain can be blended with some nuts and dried fruit to make wholesome great-tasting puddings. One of our favourites is carob pudding made with dates, almonds, vanilla extract and carob powder.
We grind it and use it for pancakes and cornbread.. We grind all our own flours with a slow speed stone mill, and millet is used often. We used flax, spelt or marquis wheat and millet as the other main ingredients for these favourite breakfast foods.
