Botanical Name: Palmaria palmata
Production: Wildcrafted, sun-dried, and sustainably hand-harvested from the icy, clean waters of the Bay of Fundy, Canada.
Qualities: Dulse provides a wealth of minerals, vitamins, fiber, and protein. It is also rich in healthy fatty acids, trace minerals and antioxidants.
Common Use: Dulse flakes are versatile and can add a salty, tangy flavor to brighten grains, soups, vegetables, salads, popcorn, or almost any other dish. Dulse can also be encapsulated or brewed as a tea.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.

Don't Be Dense Eat Dulse
But not just any dulce. This east coast dulce tastes fantastic! We use it in clam chowder. It tastes absolutely wonderful! It can make almost any dish even salads taste magnificent and it is soooo good for you. Yummmm
Really enjoy these dulse flakes. Just sprinkle them on my meal like salt (except a lot better).
