ASCORBIC ACID (Vitamin C), granules
Ingredients: L-Ascorbic Acid (C6H8O8)
Food Grade, non-GMO
Qualities: Ascorbic acid, also known as vitamin C, is a water-soluble nutrient that occurs naturally in many foods such as citrus fruit, tomatoes, potatoes, and leafy vegetables. Vitamin C is crucial in supporting overall well-being, promoting a healthy immune system and maintaining the health of skin, cartilage, muscles, teeth, bone, and blood vessels. As a powerful antioxidant, it protects your cells from damage and helps the body absorb iron, which is needed for red blood cell production.
Ascorbic acid crystals are the most concentrated form of vitamin C (about 4 grams per level teaspoon). Compared to citric acid, ascorbic acid has a more bitter, acidic flavor.
Common Use: These granules can be diluted in liquids, ingested encapsulated, or used topically as an ingredient in Vitamin C serums or creams.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in airtight container. This product is light-sensitive.

Vitamin C is absolutely vital to all ****** systems, but I don't want it mixed with things like calcium, as call out ascorbate. That's why I like this product. It is ascorbic acid, pure and simple.
we’ve just started using it
we’ve just started using it , so i couldn’t rate it right now
Love their C but packaging doesn't seal once opened.
1 tablespoon (15mls) of Ascorbic acid, and 2 tsps (10 mls ) of vegetable glycerin/or coconut oil gives you an amazing facial/scrub. Leave on for 10 mins, the skin may tingle and feel warm. Once a week is enough. Leaves skin feeling soft smooth and rejuvenated.
gets us through viruses in a couple of days
Great product - will keep purchasing it. Thanks!
