Using it in a liver cleanse fashion with lemon juice and oliive oil.
A bright flavour, with a medium pungency.
Cayenne powder.
I am enjoying my Cayenne powder. I use it like black pepper mostly on breakfast eggs. It makes eggs more digestible and keeps my internal body temperature up.
Organic cayenne pepper
I like it. Compared to what I've purchased in the past in the store it's not bright red, and it's not as "hot" initially. It has a much sweeter flavor wich makes it milder. There is still heat, it takes a minute but it's there. I am not sure if the differences are good or bad. I would have to grow it, dry and powder it myself to see if the differences are a sign of inferior quality. I like it and so I gave it the full 5 marks.
