Versatile Seed
I grind them up and use them in baking. I also add them to a yogurt bowl. I generally keep the whole seeds in the freezer and only grind what I need.
Brown Flax Seeds
I grind them free every week and add them to my lunch smoothies.
Brown Flax Seeds
Usually I either soak them with other seeds and grains overnight, then cook for breakfast as hot cereal......or I grind them and put into baking , pancakes , smoothies etc.Occasionally I give them to my chickens in their food
Good for horses and people + grown in Canada
My horse and I enjoy them both ground up (coffee grinder works well). Her mix is with soaked alfalfa cubes and flax sprinkled on top. And I enjoy them with chia seeds, raisins, cranberries, some nuts, and either soaked in some warm water or mixed in yoghurt with some fruit. Flax makes her coat shiny and my hair grow well + contains good omega 3.
great
I use these seeds to make flaxseed crackers…delicious. Mostly I use them ground and put into cereals, on top of salads and sprinkle on a lot of foods.
