Ingredients: black beans, salt.
Process: whole bean steamed, pressed, and dehydrated
Directions: just add hot water and let sit for 3 minutes until thick. Or you can heat up water on the stove and stir in the flakes. Add spices as you like and you have a delicious instant black bean soup or sauce/dip (if you use less water). Great for camping!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark location in a well-sealed container.

One of my favourite foods I order from OM
I love the beans. So fast and easy to make a quick meal. Mixed with fried onions and garlic and tamari as a base then placed in a homemade corn tortilla with salsa and guacamole. Oh yum!Also handy to throw in a soup!
