Production: Our cut and sifted Ashwagandha is made exclusively from the roots of the plant. A member of the nightshade family (which also includes tomatoes), Ashwagandha is a hardy shrub with oval leaves, yellow flowers, and red berries. It is traditionally cultivated in dry regions of India and surrounding areas and is also grown in more temperate climates.
Qualities: Ashwagandha root has been used in traditional herbal practices for centuries. It contains a range of naturally occurring plant compounds such as withanolides, alkaloids, and amino acids. While all parts of the plant are used in various traditions, the root is most commonly utilized in herbal preparations. This root is valued for its versatility in herbal blends and is often included in formulations designed to support general wellness routines.
Common Use: Ashwagandha root (cut and sifted) is typically steeped into herbal teas or used in decoctions. It may also be ground into powder for use in herbal blends or mixed into foods and beverages.

I real love this Organic Ashwagandha, I use it for tea, It is a mild flavour, please do not steep it more than five minuets, steeping over five 5 minuets, will cause bitterness taste

Great product, slow delivery.
I'm not sure if I felt that much different after drinking it for a month or so, but I really enjoy the taste of , and I think it helped with the hot flashes. It didn't help me sleep, in fact I stopped taking it at night because it was keeping me awake. But I really enjoy the taste of it. I have not re-ordered because the first shipment took 10 days to get here from Nelson, which I thought was ridiculous when you can get things from China for less time.

Wonderful healing properties

great quality product
I bought ASHWAGANDHA to make a tincture. It is great quality root, the smell of it is while being steeping in alcohol is incredible. For sure, it is potent and high quality product. Looking forward taking my tincture once it is ready.
