After reading Susun ****'s book Menopausal Years, I started making oatstraw infusion years ago. I drink it as a cold tea. There are too many benefits to list them all here. I feel this contributes to my overall health. I'd highly recommend doing a bit of research into this product to see if you could benefit as well.
Wonderful Oat Straw
This is the freshest oat straw I've ever purchased! And its not dusty AT ALL. Has a wonderful fresh smell. I use oat straw to make infusions, and this product tastes just like camomille tea to me. Will be buying all of my herbs/seeds/powders from this company!
