i guess all is good
I do infusions with it. So it doesn't taste much.Better than drinking water

soothing oat infusions
Use my oatstraw in infusions, (an ounce of herb and 4 cups of water, left for 4- more hours). Its good for the nerves as its soothing, and among other things it also helps to keep mature women nice and juicy.Lastly, it tastes delicious and the infusions have a warm golden colour.

Oat Straw
Nice quality. It smelled nice and fresh when I opened the package. I use it for a Calcium Tea. I use equal parts Oat Straw, Horsetail Grass, and Nettle Leaves. Every second pot I leave out the horsetail grass because research indicates regular use could lead to a thiamine deficiency. https://www.medicinenet.com/horsetail/supplements-vitamins.htm

Tasty tea addition
I have been experimenting with different plants to make herbal tea mixes and this adds a subtle earthy complexity without overpowering other flavours. Very delicious..

Organic Oatstraw rocks!
I've been making an infusion of oatstraw since reading Susun ****'s book Menopausal Years many years ago. I live in a small community and for a number of years had trouble finding a reliable, affordable source. I was so happy to find your website. Ordering is fast and easy and my order arrives very quickly.
