Qualities: High in both soluble and insoluble fibre, dried mango is an excellent source for both fibres. Assisting in stabilizing blood sugar levels, increasing nutrient absorption, and promoting a healthier digestive system.
Common Use: Perfect for snacking on its own or as a dessert.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and dark place in a sealed bag or container.
Tip: If your mango is drier than normal or a little tough, try soaking it in some water. This generally softens the fruit and increases both chewiness and flavour!
