SUSHI NORI, sheets, toasted
Qualities: Nori is rich in carotenes, vitamin C and B12, and iodine.
Common Use: Nori is most commonly used as a wrap for sushi and onigiri, or as a garnish or flavoring in noodles and soups. It can also be enjoyed alone as a snack or in a variety of other recipes and preparations.
Storage: Since Nori sheets easily absorb moisture from the air, store sealed in an airtight container in a dry location.

I like to plan ahead to have these on hand for our families Sushi Sunday nights. However... be warned... small children will fetch stools so they can reach them even when you hide them at the top of the pantry. Like candy for a whole foods raised child. Good luck.
Nori is good
