ORGANIC COCONUT MILK, powder
Botanical name: Cocos nucifera
Ingredients: coconut milk powder, contains 2.5% tapioca maltodextrin, and 0.05% organic acacia gum as flow agents. 65% fat content.
Qualities: Coconut milk powder has the scent of a coconut and a slightly sweet taste. It is produced from the creamy, rich liquid made from the meat of mature coconuts (not the liquid that can be drained out from a coconut that has been punctured). It is high in saturated fat, mainly lauric acid (also found in mother's milk), along with Vitamins B, C, and E and a multitude of antioxidants. Contains 62.5% fat.
Common Use: Coconut milk powder can be made into coconut milk by simply adding water. Adjust the powder to water ratio depending on the richness of the desired milk. This powder is ideal for recipes that call for coconut milk, such as curries, puddings, baking, ice cream, and it can be added to beverages like smoothies, coffee, or hot chocolate.
Storage: This product tends to clump. Store in an airtight container in a dark, cool, and dry location. Clumping is normal and easy to break up.
Safety: We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using any herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications.

As I have never been dissapointed with any products purchased from OM? Review seems a moot point. The best of the best. I but lived close enough not to have postage added to my costs. Love this company
Took some time to figure out, but AMAZING!
I use coconut milk every day and I was finding three things that were annoying (with grocery store coconut milk) 1. It has more than 3 ingredients, why? 2. I’m wasting money on paying a company to mix it for me, and it’s not always mixed that well anyways, you have to shake before use every time. 3. I’m contributing to global warming by purchasing a mass made product in a non reusable container. And this is how I strolled upon OM foods. Now I will say, it took time to figure out how to properly mix and how much to use, but now it is easy peasy, I make it as I need it so there is zero product wasted and I also get a fine layer of coconut oil that I use to cook with that day. I used 1tablespoon per 1/2 cup of water. And it tastes great, I’ve saved money and the environment. Thanks OM foods
Good staple for the kitchen
This is an excellent item to add to your morning tea or coffee.
The coconut milk was far beyond my wildest dreams! The flavor was rich and creamy! Oh my!
Arrived really hard and pressed.
Arrived really hard and pressed. Added a lot of work to the processing because it didn't pour as a fine powder but needed to be chipped or broken apart.
