Production: When coconuts reach optimum ripeness at 9 to 10 months of age, they are hand harvested and immediately processed. Our freeze-dried coconut water produces a highly soluble powdered format for exceptional ease of use and convenience. The powder also reduces the amount of wasteful tetra packaging and cans widely used for the sale of coconut water.
This coconut water is from coconuts that are grown using sustainable farming practices including intercropping with compatible native species and fertilization producing healthy trees that are still producing at 60 to 80 years of age. Warmed by the sun and watered by almost daily tropical downpours, coconuts grow year round in the Philippines.
Qualities: Coconut Water is a naturally occurring liquid found inside the coconut and has been a favorite beverage of Asian and Pacific cultures for thousands of years. The Hawaiians called it "noelani"which means "dew from the heavens".
Coconut Water beverages are extremely popular and especially valued as an all-natural, hydration drink. It is recognized for it's a natural abundance of vitamins (especially the B vitamins), minerals, and trace elements including zinc, selenium, iodine, sulfur, and manganese. It also contains enzymes, amino acids, antioxidants and phytonutrients.
Common Use: To rehydrate, use 66 grams per liter, one tablespoon per cup, or to taste. Use within one day once rehydrated. Coconut water powder can be rehydrated to form a natural electrolyte rich beverage with no sweetener or other additives needed. Also can be added directly to smoothies, juices, or water.
Storage: This product will absorb moisture from the environment. Store in an airtight container and away from moisture.

I’m sure it’s full of potassium, but it’s tasteless. At least it is at a ratio of 1tbsp for 8oz of water. I will try a higher concentration just to see, but above this ratio isn’t really worth it to me as a substitute to buying organic, 100% coconut water not from concentrate.

Great taste!
I can't speak to the other negative reviews but in my experience this powder tastes amazing. It mixes really well in hot or cold drinks (not carbonated drinks though). The price is soo much cheaper than buying coconut water all the time!
