Ingredients: organic Flame raisins, 0.05% organic sunflower oil
Country of Origin: United States
Qualities: One of the most popular snacking fruits, raisins are packed with B vitamins, iron, and potassium. They offer a quick source of carbohydrates and sugars, giving blood sugars an instant boost and thus making them an ideal snack for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. A ½ cup of raisins gives you about 6-12% of your daily fiber needs, aiding the digestive system and decreasing cholesterol levels.
Common Use: Raisins are one of the easiest fruits to incorporate into daily diets, from baking (substituting raisins for chocolate chips), cakes, breakfast foods such as pancakes and waffles, into salads and trail mixes, or snacking alone. They are also delicious in quinoa and couscous salads!
Storage: Store in a cool, dark, dry place in a sealed bag or container.

Organic Raisins, Flame
We love adding these raisins, along with chopped up banana and lots of cinnamon, to the cooking process of our oatmeal, which we also love being able to purchase in bulk from your store. Our morning porridge
Flame raisins
At least 10 years ago, my daughter and daughter-in-law and I bought a bulk order of flame raisins and I have not found them since then. They were by far the sweetest, most delicious raisins I had even eaten, so I was thrilled to find them at OM. I ordered 30 lbs. right away, to sell some to my daughter. I use them to make ants on a log, eat them plain and in cooking and baking. They will be delicious in my lentil rice polou tomorrow, and in my healthy chocolate chip cookies, which are loaded with raisins and nuts.

I guess I will use them when present stock is depleted. I am finishing up my previous order of Royal raisins from OM, which were huge, sweet, soft and delicious. They go in porridge, cookies and cakes. Ask me again in a few months.
Utilitarian raisins.
These are okay, but not as good as I was expecting based on other reviews. I find the flavour to be sweeter and simpler than I imagined it would be. They are not unpleasant, but they are quite dry. Not bad by any stretch, but definitely not destined to become a favourite. They would work well in baking, and are quite a tiny size.
Juicy but bland
Juicier than the OM Thompson raisins, but not as flavourful. Not sure which I prefer, depends on what they are being used for I guess.
