Qualities: As a food, alfalfa provides beta-carotene and vitamins C, E, K and A.
Common Use: Alfalfa sprouting seeds should be soaked for 4-6 hours, and will sprout in 5-7 days. They need to be thoroughly rinsed with cool, clean water every 8-12 hours. Refrigerate your sprouts after their final rinse.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.

High germination rate
These seeds have a very high germination rate and sprout wonderfully. They are nice and crisp and tasty. I eat them by the handful every day and always have sprouts sprouting to keep a constant supply so I never run out. OMFOODS has such a great variety of goodness. I would love to see just mung bean seeds because I use them a lot for stirfry. It would also be nice to see more dehydrated vegetables and fruits because OM’s quality is amazing!
