Organic sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
I incorporate organic sunflower and pumpkin seeds into my organic, sprouted-spelt bread recipe for extra minerals and all things good, plus a wonderful, soft crunch.Regards,Virginia (from her cabin in the woods)

Life changing sunflower seeds!
I'm a 61 yr old vegan woman helping to care for my 88 yr old mother and I've been waking up exhausted and pretty much staying that way all day for too long. And then I started making seed milk (1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/8 pumpkin seeds and 1/8 hemp hearts) to make a latte every morning for myself and my mother. The idea came from another review on OM. I felt noticeably much better, stronger, from day one. And I'm positive it's the sunflower seeds! I rinse all the seeds very very well as I noticed the hemp hearts cause alot of weird looking foam and I blend the washed seeds with boiled water until a smooth, thick milk-- then add it to a cup filled 1/3 with coffee. It's delicious and I feel stronger for much of the day. My appetite is suppressed in a healthy way (probably the fats) and I can literally feel my system using its fuel more efficiently. I've run out of sunflower seeds and adapted by adding walnuts to pumpkin seeds and hemp hearts and the benefits are not as noticeably significant.
