Ingredients: wholegrain sorghum flour
Country of Origin: Bolivia / USA
Qualities: High concentrations of carbohydrates, essential minerals, and antioxidants, and the complete absence of gluten, make sorghum an excellent source of nutrition. Sorghum contains almost as much carbohydrates as wheat, corn, or rice, but has a significantly higher amount of fiber, along with high levels of unsaturated fats, protein, and minerals like phosphorus, potassium, calcium, copper, and iron. It is known to be rich in phenolic compounds, many of which act as antioxidants. It has also been shown to be good at reducing some forms of inflammation due to its antioxidant properties. Several of the phenolic compounds in sorghum have been linked to anti-cancer effects.
Common Use: sorghum pasta offers a wheat-free and tasty alternative to traditional durum flour pasta with similar taste and texture but with added nutritional density and fiber content.
Storage: keeps well in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and dark location.

Delicious
Finally we found GF pasta that doesn’t contain rice and quinoa! They taste delicious, the kids love them and so do we! Will definitely buy them again!
Delicious and nutritious!
Another wonderful product presented by OM Foods! Delicious and healthy alternative to wheat pastas. The left over water from boiling pasta is a great addition to soups. Cooks in 8 minutes, any longer and you run the risk of it getting mushy. A simple preparation of fresh chopped garlic sautéed gently in a good olive oil with Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper plus a sprinkle of Parmesan, and at this time of year fresh chopped chives from the garden, is a delightful meal.
The Best Pasta
My favourite new pasta, so good. Make sure the water is in a rolling boil before adding the pasta and it will turn out perfectly (if the water isn't boiling enough, the pasta will disintegrate and become a gluey soup :( ) So remember, rolling boiling water first.
Great taste
This pasta has a great taste. I am using it in all dishes I would normally use wheat pasta..
