Rove CanadaGood but a little weedy
These lentils seem to have more chaff in them than most other's I've ordered. So they are a little "weedy" in terms of having unwanted plant material mixed in with the food. Otherwise good lentils and still certainly edible. It almost all cooks away to nothing so it's very thin chaff that's just a bit of extra dietary fiber, don't notice when eating them, only when adding them to the pot.
