Ingredients: organic coconut nectar, sea salt
Production: This sauce is made from the coconut-blossom nectar of coconut palms. The sap is then fermented and blended with sea salt.
Qualities: Coconut aminos taste similar to a mixture of Balsamic Vinegar and Shoyu yet it has 73% less sodium than soy sauce. It is a soy- and gluten-free way to add a hit of umami to any dishes and thus an ideal option for people with allergies or food sensitivities.
Common Use: Generally used as a dipping sauce, as marinades, or in salad dressings.
Storage: Store cool in closed container away from direct sunlight.

Organic Coconut Aminos
OM Organic Coconut Aminos is excellent quality coconut aminos.. I use it in place of and sometimes alongside Tamari/soy sauce in Asian cooking and as a soy free, gluten free sauce for dipping sushi. It’s sweet and thicker than Tamari/soy sauce.. It can be watered down without losing flavour which also stretches it so a little can go a long way.
