Soup Stock
Adds flavour and nutrients to my soup stock.

Step One of Soup Broth
It is Canadian and Organic!Happiness is!I use the Organic Kombu for my first step in making soup broth. I soak the Kombu in cold water and slowly bring it to a simmer and remove it before the water boils (it gets bitter if it gets too hot). It adds collagen, minerals and yet another level of flavour to my broth.
