My food has to be raw. I see this product does look to have shades of purple in it. Nori I've heard need to be purple to be raw. Another brand I've bought from has a lot more purple on it and was chewier but I preferred this even still. If someone from your company can re assure me this product is carefully dried I would be willing to consider editing my review. This product is too crunchy to be actually 100 percent raw in my opinion but I do appreciate that it.is better quality then most other brands out there if your compating to cooked. I can see this product is somewhere inbetween perfectly raw and not perfectly dried so as to fully preserve the purple color and crunch that is certainly truly raw Nori.
I decided to try Sushi Nori sheets raw because i am looking for an alternative way of incorporating sea salt into my diet. It’s working for me. No edema, so far. I’m new at preparing sushi but I’m enjoying the journey so far. Sushi rice, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh salmon are some of the ingredients I’ve been using, Very good.Sylvia
