Production: Sustainably hand-picked, heat cured, from the clean, cold waters off Vancouver Island's West coast.
Qualities: Macro kelp, also known as Giant kelp, is rich in minerals , especially iodine and potassium.
Common Use: Macro kelp can be fried as chips or soaked and used as wraps. Add to any cooked dish and can be eaten straight from the bag!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
